On 12 May 2026, Jiak Kim House presents a one-night-only partnership with Chalu Sparkling Tea — a non-alcoholic sparkling tea crafted in the highlands of Yunnan, China.
Inspired by the ancient Tea Horse Road (茶路, Chálù), each expression is cold brewed for clarity and aged on native Yunnan oak for depth, resulting in a profile that is both elegant and refreshing.
The experience begins with a welcome pour of Untamed Rosé, a white pu’er from Lincang. It then unfolds across three Chalu expressions, each paired with a course from our signature selections. Volcano Oolong, toasty and mineral-driven, opens the evening with a Tingkat of Memories. This is followed by Hibiscus Noir, bold with red berry and floral notes, paired with your choice of fish or beef. The journey concludes with Snow Jasmine, floral and gently sweet, alongside our signature Garden of Naomi dessert.

Each guest enjoys a 3-course meal, a welcome glass of Untamed Rosé, and 3 glasses of Chalu Sparkling Tea — each paired with a course, guided by the Chalu founders themselves. Chef TQ will also speak to the inspiration behind each pairing before mains are served.
