In honour of Singapore’s 60th birthday, Jiak Kim House presents a 7-course communal dining experience that brings together flavours from Hokkien, Teochew, Cantonese, Hainanese, Malay, Indian, and Eurasian heritage. Crafted for sharing, this menu reimagines beloved dishes into innovative creations that pay tribute to our nation’s diverse culinary roots.

‘Roti Prata’ Lapis & Mushroom ‘Bak Kut Teh’ (Indian × Teochew)
Layered prata inspired lapis with lamb curry mash and mushroom bak kut teh consommé.

Seafood Otah ‘Chawanmushi’ (Malay × Cantonese)
Steamed egg custard infused with spicy otah.

Chilli Crab Abacus Seeds (Chinese × Hakka)
Abacus seeds tossed in chilli crab sauce, with red curry and finger lime.

Laksa Hokkien Fettuccine (Chinese × Hokkien)
Laksa-inspired handmade pasta with obsiblue prawn and ulam herbs.

Hainan Curry Pork Mille-Feuille (Malay × Hainanese)
Pork layered with curry and rendang mash, topped with puffed rice.
